1963 (Nov. 22), Kennedy invitation, on the day of his assassination, an elegant unaddressed, numbered and engraved bifold document, 7 x 10 inches (17.5 x 24.5 cm), inviting to attend a luncheon at the Trade Mart, to be attended by the President, Vice-President LBJ, Texas Governor Connally and their wives. The President was on his way to this event when he was assassinated. Clean and almost immaculate, a poignant souvenir of a tragic event. Estimate $300 - 400.
